We’ll expertly manage and plan every aspect so you can rest easy, knowing we’ve got everything handled. Starting as early as 18 months before your event (or when you book), we’ll hold monthly meetings and check-ins, along with continuous communication to ensure your event goes off without a hitch. Day of wedding coordination is also included.

This package is perfect for couples looking for a planning partner—someone to bounce ideas off of, bring your vision to life, and help fine-tune every detail.

Starting as early as one year before your wedding (or when you book), we’ll provide guidance through every stage of the planning process. From creating your budget to finding your dream vendors, we’ll be with you every step of the way, offering suggestions, tips, and expert advice. Wedding day coordination is also included.

Day of Coordination

You’ve planned the perfect event—now sit back and relax while we take care of the details and get the party started.

Starting six weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a detailed meeting to finalize the schedule and take care of any last-minute tasks. We’ll handle vendor communication, ensuring everything stays on track so you can focus on enjoying time with your friends and family. At the four-month mark (or whenever you book), we’ll provide recommendations to help tie up any loose ends and make sure everything is covered.
